AFEY PRODUCT WARRANTY
All the AFEY products are warranted against any manufacturing defects or faulty workmanship for the period mentioned below commencing from the date of purchase, limited to residential use and restricted to selected cities of India within local municipal jurisdiction where services are available or being made available.
Warranty includes repairing of defective product/part/s and does not apply to malfunctioning / damages resulting from normal wear & tear, misuse, abnormal use, improper use, abuse, negligence or accident.

*For surface galvanic issues (Chrome Plating and other Plating etc.) the warranty term shall in any case be restricted to 1 year.
The warranty doesn’t cover components like Rubber parts, Washer, Springs and other Plastic Items.
Every product has natural tendency to decay due to various factors affecting it and it may deteriorate from handling, cleaning or exposure to atmospheric conditions such as extreme climate, pollution, and proximity to salt water, humidity and ultraviolet rays. Such defilement is therefore, is normal process, not a defect, which is inherent. Proper care would ensure that these products last a longer period.
The warranty is limited to replacement of the nearest available design product or issue credit note or refund as per the invoice amount solely as per the company’s discretion.
To avail the warranty, the Consumer has intimate on company’s customer care contact and e-mail relevant document of purchase and proof of defects. The company will evaluate the complaint and will take necessary actions on the genuine complaint.
